WHAT IS PERMANENT JEWELRY?
Instead of a typical clasp closure permanent jewelry is welded closed. You can still remove the jewelry with nail clippers if needed. The process takes about 15-30 minutes. If you are planning on coming with friends, please schedule a time slot for each person.
HOW MUCH DOES PERMANENT JEWELRY COST?
The cost is based on what piece you’re interested in. Charms and connector can be purchased for an additional fee. Prices include sales tax. All sales are final – no refunds. All prices are subject to change.

WHAT ARE MY CHAIN AND CHARM OPTIONS?
We offer nine Sterling Silver and nine 14k Gold-Filled chain options for you to choose from along with a variety of charms. Please keep in mind availability may vary when you visit based on inventory. If you have a specific chain or charm you’re interested in feel free to message us to confirm availability prior to booking.
DOES IT HURT?
Not at all! There is a tiny and painless spark when the chain is welded together. We provide welding safety glasses that are required to be worn if you would like to watch. The welding process itself takes only a few seconds.
WHAT IF MY JEWELRY BREAKS OR STRETCHES?
If the chain breaks, was voluntarily cut off or stretches we will repair it once free of charge within 30 days of purchase. After this time period a $10 repair fee will apply. You must bring your chain to the repair appointment. Repair means we will re-weld and re-size the chain if needed. We are not responsible for and do not replace lost, broken or stretched chains, connectors or charms. Keep in mind jewelry is durable however not indestructible. All sales are final – no refunds or exchanges.
CAN MY JEWELRY BE REMOVED?
Yes, your jewelry can be removed if you choose. Simply take a pair of nail clippers and cut at the jump ring. Save your jewelry in the provided pouch and it can be re-welded at a later time.
WILL MY JEWELRY SET OFF METAL DETECTORS?
Our chains are dainty and will not trigger the alarm.
IS THERE AN AGE REQUIREMENT?
You must be 12 years or older. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
WILL MY JEWELRY TARNISH OR CHANGE COLOR?
14k gold-filled holds up very well as it is protected with a thick layer of real gold. Silver such as .925 sterling silver can temporarily tarnish in certain conditions such as natural hot springs, chlorine, sulfur, bleach, and other strong chemicals. Both 14k gold-filled and sterling silver can be washed using the aftercare steps listed below to restore its shine.
AFTERCARE
The following steps will help maintain the shine and integrity of your jewelry.
Wash your jewelry when needed as debris (lotion, perfume / cologne etc) can build up over time. Mix dish soap and warm water. Use a soft bristle toothbrush to get in between the links and gently scrub. Rinse with warm water and pat dry. Once dry, shine your jewelry using the provided polish cloth to bring back your jewelry's shine .
Sterling silver naturally oxidizes overtime, do not worry this is completely normal. Chlorine, Salt water, Sulfur, and other chemicals may also tarnish your jewelry if exposed for an extended period of time. Simply wash your jewelry then follow with a polish cloth. You can also opt to use a silver jewelry cleaning wipe made specifically for sterling silver.
If you need to remove your jewelry in the case of personal and/or medical reasons, take a pair of nail clippers and cut at the jump ring. Save your jewelry in the provided pouch and it can be re-weld at a later time.
